  • ¼ Cup Onion
  • 1 Cup Wholewheat Flour

  • 1 Tablespoon Salt

Method:

  • Take the wheat flour in a bowl.
  • Add oats, chopped onions, coriander, green chilies, salt and oil and mix well.
  • Put a little water and tie its soft dough well.

  • After that, add tomatoes and mix well. Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, amchur powder, coriander powder and salt to the pan for five minutes.

  • Then add half a cup of water in the pan and mix the vegetables and cook for 15 minutes on a low flame.
  • Open it once in the middle and check that the vegetable is not found in the bottom.

  • When the cauliflower became soft, add garam masala powder in the vegetable and mix the vegetable.
