The GM diet plan day 5 is the protein day. It consists of meat or fish and 6 tomatoes. Vegetarians can have protein riched vegetarian foods like paneer, beans, etc. And while the original GM diet recommends beef, you can always switch the red meat to chicken, ground turkey, or seafood.

Just make sure that you do not have more than 500g of meat all total. And if you are a vegetarian, don’t worry! You can switch out the meat and have cottage cheese instead. After all, the whole purpose of this meal plan is to improve your metabolism and burn fat faster.

Breakfast

This day is marked to cover up the loss of proteins and iron in your body along with lycopene and fiber boost. You need these quick proteins and iron to supplement the growth and regeneration of your body. But the proteins need to be calculated for these can accumulate into fat if overeaten.

Just remember you are filling the needs partially and not flooding the protein levels in your body. It’s more about weight loss and detoxification than about protein assemblage in your system.

Add 6 tomatoes and 20 oz of beef or similar of brown rice to your 5th day of GM diet. The wonder soup is your added snack and remembers now you need even more water than the past few days to cover up for the extra meat or rice digestion in the body

Breakfast (9:00 a.m to 10:00 a.m):

  • 1 medium-size bowl of boiled Chick Peas with 1 raw tomato.
  • 2 glasses of water.

Mid-noon Snack

Morning Snack (11:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m):

  • 50 gm sauteed meat or cottage cheese
  • 2 glasses of water.

Lunch (1:00 p.m to 2:00 p.m):

  • 100g boiled and lightly seasoned meat or cottage cheese for vegetarians.
  • 1 bowl of tomato soup
  • 2 glasses of water

Mid-noon Snack (4:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m):

  • 50g sauteed meat/cottage cheese
  • 2 glasses of water.

Evening Snack (6:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m):

  • 50g sauteed meat or cottage cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 glasses of water.

Dinner (8:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m):

  • 100g boiled or baked and lightly seasoned meat or cottage cheese
  • 1 bowl of tomato soup
  • 2 glasses of water.
