Bile or Pitta is a yellowish green fluid that is released from the liver. Excessive secretion of bile is called Bile nature which causes acid formation in the stomach. People who have a bile nature should maintain a proper diet. So, here I am giving Ayurveda pitta diet to reduce Bile nature.

People who have bile nature should eat something every 2-3 hours so that the level of acid in their body does not increase.

If you have extra bile energy in your body then you may have problems related to skin, excessive sweating, dyspepsia, and irritation.

Eating Green Vegetables can help you to reduce bile nature. Green vegetables will help your body to cool down as well as reduce the excessive secretion of bile or pitta.

Consume green vegetables such as carrots, cabbage, capsicum, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, beans, mushrooms, bees, pumpkins, and peas. It would be better if you do not cook them in more oil. If they are boiled and eaten, they get the most benefit.

The grain is fiber and by eating high-fiber food, the increased acid decreases in the body and gets balanced. Eat barley, oats, wheat, brown rice, pasta, oat bran, broth, barley, etc. Apart from this, you can also consume legumes such as black beans, Kabuli chana, rajma, moong, tofu, soya beans, etc.
