On the wedding day, everyone wants to look their best. Whether your wedding dress is a saree or a lehenga, if your body shape isn’t good, then you won’t look attractive and beautiful. If you have a few extra inches on your body with which you do not want to go on a honeymoon, then you must do something for it. To get fit & look beautiful at your wedding, you should start preparing for it about 6 months before the wedding, but if you do not have that much time, then start at least 3 months in advance. Wedding Diet Plan:

If you have three months left for your big day you should try this diet plan. Here I am giving a sample diet plan that what you can eat. You can mix and match the food items. So, see the wedding diet plan 3 months.

Early Morning


Early Morning (7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.):
  • 2 Glasses of warm water.
  • A Glass of warm lemon and honey water
  • A Glass of warm water with honey.
  • A Cup of black coffee.
  • 10 Almonds



Breakfast (9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.):
  • A bowl of Oats with nuts and fruits
  • A bowl of Porridge with nuts.
  • A small bowl of Upma
  • 2 Slices of whole grain Bread with Scrambled Egg
  • A plate of Poha
  • 2 Idlis with Sambar
  • Dhokla with Chutney.
  • A glass of low-fat milk.
  • A glass of green vegetables smoothie



Mid-morning (11 a.m. – 12 p.m.):
  • Fruit salad
  • 2 Fruits of your choice
  • Salad
  • Fruit juice
  • Buttermilk



Lunch (1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.):
  • A small bowl of dal + 2 Whole grain roti + Mix vegetable sabji + salad
  • 2 Whole grain roti + A small bowl of dal + Chicken curry + Raita
  • 1 Cup rice + A small bowl of dal + Vegetable Sabji + Salad
  • 2 Cup brown rice + A bowl of dal + Grilled Fish + Curd
  • 1 Cup rice + A bowl of dal + Chicken curry + Raita

After Lunch


After Lunch (3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.):
  • A small bowl of Fruit Salad
  • Any fruit of your choice

Evening Snack


Evening Snack (5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.):
  • Mixed nuts
  • Roasted chickpeas
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Sprouts salad
  • Green tea



Dinner (8:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.):
  • Veg clear soup
  • Chicken clear soup
  • 1 whole grain roti + vegetable sabji
  • 1 Whole grain roti + Dal + Grilled chicken

Bedtime Snack


Bedtime Snack (10:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.):
  • A handful of nuts
  • A glass of warm milk

Eat More Protein And Fiber:

Consume plenty of protein and fiber in your diet. This will keep your stomach full for longer and you will avoid taking extra calories. Apart from this fiber will give you the energy that will help you stay active and you will lose weight.

Drink Plenty Of Water


Drink Plenty Of Water:

Drink plenty of water every day throughout the day. Also, drink some amount of water in a small amount of time before and after eating. This will process the metabolism properly.

Eat Less


Eat Less:

Do not eat more at the same time, but eat only a little less than the hunger, so that the digestion is properly and there is no fat accumulation. Also, focus on picking salads, fruits or liquids in the dinner.
