- Butter-1 tbsp

- Coriander leaves-1 handful (chopped)

- Keep whisking until it is fluffy.

- Now heat oil in a pan.
- Add the egg mixture into it and keep running continuously until the mixture dries.
- Slow down the flame and cook the egg for 2-3 minutes. Then remove it from the flame and serve hot with chapati or bread.
