  • 2 eggs white omelet with 6 mushrooms, and ½ cup spinach
  • 1 medium bowl mushroom or chicken clear soup
  • 1 cup stir-fried veggies (carrots, red bell pepper, tofu, beans, and broccoli) with chili flakes and 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 medium bowl grilled tofu/turkey and Broccoli tossed in chili garlic oil

If you feel very hungry, even after having this dinner then you can drink water or can have a glass unstrained vegetable juice
