Preparation Method
- Take a frying pan and let it heat a little
- Add mushroom after spraying nonfat cooking spray

INGREDIENTS: – 1 large head of cauliflower, 2 tbsp. of olive oil, salt as per taste, fresh ground black pepper, half tsp. of minced garlic, 3 tbsp. fresh lime juice, 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, one-fourth cup of finely chopped black olives, 1 red bell pepper
Preparation Method
- Take a frying pan and let it heat a little
- Pour a few drops of oil and then the cauliflower and roast both sides well
- Add salt and black pepper to it
- Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl
- Put all the ingredients in the pan and roast for a few minutes
- Cook it until it becomes crisp a little and brown.
