The traditional Asian Diet is a healthy diet and it helps to cut down the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease, diabetes, and cancers. The researcher believes that the Asian plant-based diet provides protection against many chronic diseases. The diet is also believed to contribute to the long life spans commonly seen in Asia. Here I am giving a 7 day Asian Diet Plan to lose weight fast and also to improve health.

Day 1:

Breakfast (8:00 a.m – 9:00 a.m):

  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • Peanut butter
  • Poached egg
  • A glass of fruit juice

Mid-morning (11:00 a.m-12:00 p.m):

  • 2 seasonal fruit.

Lunch (1:30 p.m-2:30 p.m):

  • A bowl of rice
  • A bowl of french bean curry
  • A bowl of miso soup.

Evening Snack (5:00 p.m-6:00 p.m):

  • A cup of green tea
  • 2 crackers

Dinner (8:00 p.m-9:00 p.m):

  • A bowl of tomato soup with 2 slices of bread
