However, there is no record actually GM this popular food connection. This diet was designed to lose weight between 10 to 17 pounds a week. As a result, it has been a popular food better than a company’s wall. With such big promises, you might wonder if the diet really works. 7 Day GM Diet Plan Non-vegetarian:
Before starting the entire 7-day gm diet plan non-vegetarian, it is important to note that food does not allow you to drink alcohol. Instead, you should drink 10 glasses of water every day. Other approved beverages include black coffee, black tea, and club soda.
Each day’s goals are detailed in the menu plan below. Find out that these only offer jams that follow the guidelines of GM Foods. Always check with your doctor before making big changes to your diabetes.
To start the gm diet plan non-vegetarian, you should know day 1 is consist of only fruits. Except for bananas and mangos you can eat the fruits you want. In fact, the diet encourages you to eat many melons for the most weight loss. Watermelon and Cantaloupe are the best choices.
Possible Food Plan:
A bowl of fresh fruits such as watermelon and 2 to 3 glasses of water
A bowl of fresh fruit salad including strawberries and 2 glasses of water

In day 1 snack you can munch into fruits any time you want. You can have an apple, guava, pears, peaches etc and 2 glasses of water.
The day 2 of gm diet plan non-vegetarian focuses on vegetables. You can eat as many raw or cooked veggies as you want. There are no rules to eat any specific type, either. You can also include complex carbohydrates such as potatoes in your day, as well. Top it with a pattern of butter if you like it.

The day 3 of gm diet plan non-vegetarian you can eat fruit and vegetable, but still without bananas. Also, you should not eat potatoes instead, you can get your strength from the complex carbohydrate of other fruits.

Day 4 :
In the fourth days of the gm diet plan non-vegetarian, you can eat up to 8 bananas and drink 3 glasses of milk. Along with specific soup called GM’s Wonder Soup which is made of vegetables.

Feeling hungry? Today is a banquet day. The diet encourages the participant to feed two 10-oz sugar powders with 6 tomatoes. You are supposed to eat all the tomatoes for fiber, but you do not have to eat all the meat.

In the 6 days of gm diet plan non-vegetarian, you should continue with your rich dietary protein. You will be excluding sprouts, cottage cheese, vegetables but tomatoes. Have a great amount of soups and vegetables and continue to have water. You will now begin to notice a great change in your body by this diet.
