The full form of GM diet is General Motors diet which is mainly designed for the General Motors Corp employees in 1985 with the help of US Department Of Agriculture and FDA. This diet was designed to increase productivity by making the workers healthier. The diet was a great success and millions of people started this diet. 7 day GM Diet Plan Vegetarian:

Day 1

The Day 1 of GM diet plan is to only eat a lot of fruits except banana, litchis, grapes, and mangoes. So, the plan is… watermelon, lime, oranges, apples, pomegranates, strawberries and melons
