Lunch
For Lunch, you will get five options here to try out alternatively. Having the same lunch every day is so boring. That’s why take any of the options to break the monotony
- 1 medium bowl salad with a light dressing
- 3 oz grilled chicken or fish and ¼ cup of grilled veggies (carrot and broccoli)
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt and Blueberries
- 1 wrap with 2 oz chicken/fish/tofu/mushroom
- 1 cup of Vegetable soup prepared with broccoli, spinach, cabbage, or any other leafy vegetable
If you can’t control yourself eating then you can drink 1 or 2 glass of water 10-20 minutes before your lunch overeating.
