Workout Routine Of Kurt Angle:

In an interview, Kurt Angle told that his training for Olympic and Wrestling were worlds apart. When he was getting prepared for Olympic, he treated exercise like a full-time profession, as that was the lone means to do it to win. Angle trained more than 8 hours per day between cardio, weights, isometric exercises, and mat wrestling. He also mentioned that he used to take only 1 or 2 days off per month.

However, when he got to WWE, he trained as a weightlifter. Kurt had dissimilar ruptures so that he could train each body part every week. One day was legs, one was back and so many more. Angle never trained more than an hour after he started in WWE, and usually, he trained 4-5 days a week.

And now, as he turned a little older, he has to think further about health and function. Kurt tries to get done as much as possible in a little time, so he does all in giant-set or superset manner. By not taking rest between sets, he gets his cardiovascular assistance.

He may do up to 30 sets + cardio in just an hour, but those 30 sets surely cover all his muscle groups. He still trains 5-6 days per week, but he feels like he is getting so much more done. So, let’s now check out his routine below
